Description: Per Ins. Co. Logs, water dmg was caused by leaking roof. Not rising water, no flood branding required. The water has leaked through the roof causing damage to the interior roof, and floor. The floor does not feel soft, the tile is discolored and the carpet is stained. There is a pocket of water above the passenger seat that is dripping water onto the dash and into the storage compartment. This unit does have an Onan Marquis 5500 generator, we could not get the generator to fire up but the engine does turn over. The exterior of the unit appears to be in good condition. Damaged the left front wheel,left front wheel gets in a bind and locks up, left front suspension,left front a frame,front bumper,front rack,handle bars,rear rack,all plastic has normal scratches and wear and tear.
