In Vermont, dealers, dismantlers, general businesses and exporters will need to provide CrashedToys an operational license and a sales tax license for the same physical address, as well as sales tax exemption forms. The Sales and Use Tax Registration may be obtained from the Vermont Department of Taxes.
The Vermont Department of Motor Vehicles issues all dealer licenses, including Used Car, Motorcycle, Motorboat and Snowmobile Dealer licenses. The Certificate of Registration to Operate a Salvage Yard, also known as the junk license, is issued by the Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation.
