In Delaware, dealers, dismantlers, general businesses and exporters will need to provide Copart an operational license and sales tax exemption forms.
The Delaware Division of Motor Vehicles issues the Delaware Motor Vehicle License, as well as wholesale, trailer and other dealer licenses. The Delaware Division of Motor Vehicles also helps you acquire a Delaware Automotive Recycler License. A business license, required by the state of Delaware, should be obtained from the Delaware Division of Revenue.
