How do I manage my account?

To update contact information, modify your preferences, edit your password, view licenses or download forms, go to the My Account tab.

Keeping your account information up-to-date is essential for helping us get in touch with you if we have any questions. It also lets us notify you about changes related to payments or licensing.

What if I’ve forgotten my user ID or password?

No worries if you’ve lost either of these. For your user ID, contact Member Services at (972) 391-5400 or member.services@Copart.com. To retrieve your password, enter your user ID or email address here (once you choose Member from the dropdown list), and your password will be emailed to you.

How do I contact Member Services?

If you have additional questions about bidding and buying, submitting licenses, paying for purchases or anything else, feel free to contact Member Services Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. (CST).

Contacting us is a breeze on our mobile app. From your phone you can open the calling application by touching the support team’s phone number on the screen. Tap the email address to open your device’s email client and send us a direct email that way.

What if I’d like to contact the facility directly?

We give you that option too. In the same way that you can instantly call or email Member Services from your mobile device, our app lets you get in touch with a facility representative with the tap of a finger. Choose a location from the Locations button, and under Location Details you’ll find the address, phone number and general manager’s email address. If you’re on your computer, the Location Information section on individual Locations pages is where you’ll find contact information.
